Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes apparently takes place after the events of Peace Walker originally on the PSP. The trailer (embedded below) is entirely real time. When I first saw that trailer, I was blown away by how gorgeous it looked and then they seamlessly integrated right into gameplay which was scare good.
If you like MGS you need to watch this. This is just one more proof that Hideo Kojima is the king of story telling.
